It is the goal of every employee to see that work is performed safely and to the highest quality standard. We have created and implemented a safety program that has been adopted, in whole or in part, by many of our clients. From top-level executives through the ranks of all employees, the principles and practices of our safety program are embedded in everything we do. In addition to the in-house safety program, new DynaGrid employees complete rigorous training including OSHA certifications, PowerSafe courses, operator training, job-specific education, andFirst Aid/CPR.
DynaGrid has full time safety managers who perform site visits, conduct training classes and ensure our crews have the necessary knowledge, tools and equipment to be highly productive on the job and return safely to their families at the end of the day.
